  • Nuthatch Maternity clothes are designed in accordance with your pre-pregnancy clothing size to last throughout your nine months of pregnancy and long after. Our clothes are specifically created to grow with your changing curves, providing a flawless and flattering fit at every stage; before, during and after your pregnancy!

 

  • While shopping at Nuthatch, simply look for your pre-pregnancy clothing size. For example, if you would normally pick a Medium when not pregnant, stick to a Nuthatch Medium.

Can I purchase Nuthatch products in physical retail stores?

We do not currently have a retail store, however, if you have any queries regarding our products, please do not hesitate to call us or email us

Do I have to open an account with Nuthatch to place an order?

If you do not wish to open an account with Nuthatch, simply select ‘Guest checkout’ while placing an order. Opening an account with us means that you will be the first to get all the insider information, including regular newsletters with exclusive offers and discounts.

What happens if a product that I am interested in buying is out of stock?

If you notice that one of our products is out of stock and you are interested in buying it, please get in touch with us (Link: Contact Us). We often restock popular styles and we would be happy to let you know if the product you’re looking for comes back in stock.

What size do I order?

Our Nuthatch clothes are available in sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large and are designed in accordance with your pre-pregnancy clothing size, allowing for normal weight gain associated with pregnancy. The fit measurements of each piece can be found in the size guide.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the my account section. If you have selected ‘Guest Checkout’ while placing your order, your details wont reflect in the my account section but we will send you timely emails apprising you of your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To do so, please get in touch with us with your order number as soon as possible since orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India and will be delivered to the shipping address entered while placing the order.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, which you can use to keep an eye on your shipment.

What are the shipping charges?

There is an additional shipping charge of Rs. 150. This fee is non refundable.

When will I receive my order?

After placing an order, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process the order.  Orders will be dispatched from Monday through Saturday and it takes another 2 to 10 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location.  Please note that orders placed after 5 pm IST are processed the next business day.

Can I buy products and get them shipped outside of India?

We are very sorry, but as of now we do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love everything that you order from Nuthatch, but if for some reason, you want to return your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges. All products must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact within 15 days of receiving delivery of the product. Please note that the products must be returned in an unused, unworn and unwashed condition. Sale items will not be accepted for return. Items that are without original packaging/damaged may be denied a refund.

What if I receive an incorrect or defective product?

If the product you receive is different from the one that you ordered or it has a genuine quality defect, we are sorry about that!  Please call or email us with your order number, a description of the defect and an image of the defective product at hello@nuthatchmaternity.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving delivery the product.

How do I return or exchange the item purchased?

Please send an email to hello@nuthatchmaternity.comand put “Return Request” if you want to return the product for refund, or “Exchange Request” if you want to exchange the product(s) for another product(s) along with your Order Number in the subject line of the email. Further, please include the reason for returning the product. Incase of a refund, please mention your bank account details, i.e, Beneficiary Name, Bank Name, Account type and IDFC Code in the email. We will arrange for a free reverse pick up within 7 business days of receiving your email requesting the return or exchange as the case may be. Please keep the parcel ready in its original packaging and enclose a copy of the bill, to be picked up by the delivery service provider. The product(s) bought by you in exchange of the defective or the incorrect product(s) will be then delivered to your location within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product(s).

How long will my return or exchange take to process?

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 10 to 15 days of receiving an email from you regarding the return or exchange. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process exchanges.

What about my refund?

Once the returned products have arrived at our warehouse, we will either exchange it as per your request or refund the value of your returned item(s) to your bank account within 15 days after receiving your return.

If the price of the defective or incorrect product(s) is higher than the product(s) that I exchanged it for, what happens to the balance amount owed to me?

Store credit will be provided to you for the balance amount.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use the following payment methods:

Online Payment via debit and credit cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and Discover. We also provide the option to pay using PayPal. However, we do not accept international credit cards.

Cash on Delivery (COD). You can make the payment once the product reaches you.  However, this service is only available within India.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. You will receive a call to confirm or cancel the order. If you miss the call, you will receive another call from us on the same day or the next working day to confirm or cancel the order.
